C'mon, how can you not have seen this coming? Just imagine how many people do this...Well, this Canadian man was caught when a driver noticed an SUV driving in the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane — reserved for vehicles carrying at least two occupants — with a blow-up doll buckled into the front seat and disguised with some clothes. Smart and funny, if you ask me, but nonetheless illegal. Shame on him.
