Those European cities sure are old. Although this may be a big factor to their timeless beauty, it's not good for traffic, especially when considering the narrow roads. But which European city is the most congested? Brussels. The Belgian city ranked the highest in 2011 in Tom Tom's -- the navigation system manufacture -- latest study. England and France were the most congested countries.
Isn't it about time for these European cities to bring down some of their old buildings to maker wider, more practical roads?
